Project management process
Together, we’ll set out your project plan and then work to defined time scales to realise your go-live date. We’ll keep in touch with you throughout and make the process as easy as possible, even helping with the initial stock take.
Installation and data set-up
We’ll take care of your data upload into TRACE and will assist with downloads from other systems (where possible) or capture of original data.
Training with the TRACE guarantee
We believe we provide the most comprehensive user-training package within our sector, bespoke to the needs of the individual customer or user. Our training sessions will take place on the customer/user’s site and be short, focused and memorable.
We will train users in small groups (two or three only at a time) so that we can answer their questions fully. We will provide ongoing guidance until all users are fully trained.
