Our comprehensive purchase ordering system manages all your purchases, including stocked and non-stocked parts and lets you track all orders. It uses a unique, consecutive order number and allows you to order many different parts on one order, for many different jobs, which wouldn’t be the case if you were using a job number or initials as your PO number.
Our system works by you:
- Recalling your order to the screen
- Checking the order
- Saving the screen
The data fields will then automatically default. If the part is for a job, the part will automatically be ‘delivered’ to the job and priced according to the rules you set for your customer. Simple.
